What a winter it has been! We all were certainly busy this winter dealing with all of this snow. Needless to say, we were still going through our normal offseason to-do’s. Part of the winter hustle was transitioning into the new software. In order to provide you with better service, ease of scheduling, etc., we will be implementing this new software this year. This newsletter is to inform you of some added benefits you will receive this year at no additional cost!
If you are a current customer of ours:
We are now able to provide you a secure online account that you can access to pay your bills, request support, view your invoice history and more. There will be more chances that you may notice in the coming months as it will continue to be improved.
If we already have your email on file you will be receiving an automated email that will contain your TEMPORARY username and password. Use the link within that email to complete your registration.
Once you are registered you can simply visit the “My Account” link on the upper right-hand corner of our website and there you will be able to sign in in the future.
Please check your junk email folder! The login email may be there. Be sure to add Green Thumb or that email to your safe email list or mark it as “NOT JUNK” depending upon the email client you use.
