Yes, and this is one of the biggest differences between us and other companies. We practice integrated pest management (IPM), which means our focus is soil and plant health first, and treatment only when it is actually needed. With our specialized equipment and processes, we reduce the use of products on most properties by 85% or more compared to conventional programs. We only use these products when absolutely necessary.

When a treatment does go down, we recommend staying off the treated areas until they are dry (usually 1-2 hours), and our team will flag any specific precautions for that visit.

That depends on your property, your soil, your goals, and what we recommend after walking the lawn. We work in a four-round visit cycle, but each visit can include multiple services stacked together. The services we provide on any given visit range based on the specific requirements of the property, so two customers on the same four-round cycle can have very different work happening on each stop.

You'll notice improvements within 2-3 weeks of your first treatment. However, building a truly healthy, thick lawn is a gradual process. Most customers see dramatic improvement by the end of their first full season, and the lawn continues to improve into the second year as the soil health builds.

Yes, we offer organic-based lawn care programs that use naturally derived fertilizers and biological controls. While organic programs may take a bit longer to show results, they build lasting soil health. Contact us to discuss which approach is best for your property and goals.

In 40+ years of business we have never had a concern raised by a homeowner about their pets. When we arrive on a property, we do not perform any treatment while pets are outdoors. After a treatment goes down, we ask that people and pets stay off the treated areas until dry, usually 1-2 hours. After that, it is safe to re-enter. Our organic options are also a choice many homeowners feel more comfortable with when managing pests that pose health concerns around the family.

Our tick treatment program is highly effective, targeting ticks in their primary habitats around your property's perimeter, wooded edges, and landscaped areas. We run treatments throughout the active season (spring through fall) and most customers report a dramatic reduction in tick activity. We also provide recommendations for property modifications that further reduce tick populations.

Mosquitoes are a different animal altogether, and we are going to be straight with you. We do not sell the idea that you will have zero mosquitoes. That is not realistic and no honest company can deliver it. What our Yard Guard program does is dramatically reduce populations and provide repellency for up to 4 weeks or more, with up to 4 visits per year.

We also do not believe in the 20-day cycle some companies push, because there is no true "control" for mosquitoes. What we can do is make your backyard genuinely more enjoyable through the peak of the season. Both standard and organic options are available depending on your preferences.

Absolutely! While starting at the beginning of the season gives us the best opportunity for a full program, we can tailor a late-season plan to address your lawn's most pressing needs. We'll focus on what will make the biggest impact now and set your lawn up for success heading into the next season.

Yes! Lawn care is a long-term commitment, and temporary setbacks due to weather, drought, or disease are normal. Consistency is key to building a healthy lawn.
